Report Incorrect Coin Data

• Open the coin detail page and use Suggest Correction where available.
• Include the coin ID, denomination, year, mint, ruler or issuer, and what you believe is wrong.
• Attach or cite a reliable reference when possible, especially for rare varieties or disputed attributions.

Report Image Problems

• Tell us whether the obverse, reverse, or both sides are incorrect.
• Mention if the image is missing, duplicated, too small, corrupted, or belongs to another coin.
• If you know the correct image source, include the source link and any usage restrictions.

Account and Collection Help

For login, wishlist, collection, dashboard, or saved coin issues, note what you were trying to do, the page URL, and any error message shown. Avoid sharing passwords or private authentication codes.

Submit a New Coin

If contribution features are enabled, use the Submit Coin page. Good submissions include clear obverse and reverse images, denomination, year, metal, mint, ruler or issuer, weight, diameter, and reference notes.

What We Cannot Do

• We cannot guarantee a coin’s market value or authenticity from a photo alone.
• We cannot confirm ownership, legal sale eligibility, or investment suitability.
• We cannot use copyrighted images unless permission or a valid usage basis exists.
